Our goal is to remove barriers to receiving healthcare by offering caring, reliable assistance tailored to your individual needs.

Choose the level of responsible-adult support and safe return-home assistance that fits your outpatient procedure.

Most common

Companion Essential

$165

Pre-procedure confirmation, accompaniment, on-site availability, discharge support, safe return home, and up to 30 minutes of settling-in assistance.

Up to 3 hours total.

Companion Plus

$225

Everything in Companion Essential, plus up to one hour of settling-in assistance and one local pharmacy or essential grocery pickup arranged in advance.

Up to 4 hours total.

Additional Time

$35/hour

For time beyond the selected package.

Next-Day Check-In

$40

Optional non-medical phone or in-person wellness check.

Final pricing may vary based on distance, parking, appointment time, and special facility requirements. Any additional charges will be discussed in advance.

Medical appointments often involve important discussions, complex treatment options, and decisions that can be difficult to absorb alone. Having a trusted companion present can help ensure that important information is heard, understood, and remembered.

Adaptation’s Medical Appointment Companion provides compassionate, non-medical support by accompanying you during your healthcare visit and helping you make the most of your time with your healthcare provider.

Please note: This service does not include transportation. Your companion meets you at the healthcare facility.

Non-medical role: Companions do not provide medical advice or make medical decisions. Their role is to listen attentively, help you stay organized, and support your understanding of the information provided by your healthcare team.
